Relocation, moving to Lucca

Regarding health and education issues, which involve rules that change frequently, the correct course of action is always to consult the responsible bodies directly: Regione Toscana for health and Comune di Lucca for education.
Before making any relocation decisions, it's worth assembling a local team: a real estate agent, architect or surveyor, lawyer, and accountant with experience in real estate in Italy.
